الصدقة ترد البلاء وتزيد فى العمر

As-sadaqatu tarud al-balaa wa tazeedu fi 'l-`umr.

“Charity removes sickness and calamities and prolongs life.”

[Bayhaqi and Tabarani]

This is a chance for everyone of us to give charity or Sadaqa to purify ourselves as Allah says:

“Take, [O, Muhammad], from their wealth a charity by which you purify them and cause them increase, and invoke [Allah 's blessings] upon them. Indeed, your invocations are reassurance for them. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.” 9:103.

May Allah guide us to donate from our wealth generously and to purify us and increase us with our desires.
