As Salaamu Alakium and Greetings New and Returning NSA Parents:

1. Our Academic Programs will be housed at  2 Institutional sites:

·  Cuddle Bug Little Learners (CBLL Program: ages 6 months to 2.5 years) PreK and Kindergarten Little Scholars (PKLS Program: ages 3 years to 5 years) 12 slots total; Location 1139 North 63rd Street Campus Philadelphia, Pa. 19151 Lower Level Rear; Hours of Operation: 7am-6pm (ELRC available)

·  VC Budding Minds and VC Collaborative Learners (VCBM/VCCL, grades 1st-5th: (20 slots total);  Hours of Operation: 8:00am-3:00pm  Will be located at Location 6106 Lansdowne Avenue Campus, Philadelphia, Pa. 19151

·  6th through 12th grade Virtual Scholars of Excellence; (VSE: 20 slots total.) Will be located at Location 6106 Lansdowne Avenue Campus, Philadelphia, Pa. 19151 Hours of Operation: 8:00am-3:00pm

·  Once all slots have been filled, we will begin a waiting list. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis according to fees that are paid in full!

2. The 61st Street Campus is still awaiting our Certificate of Compliance status through the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL). School programs will officially begin during this process; however, cash payment is due per child until the individual sites each receive a provider # from PHMC ELRC. Once we receive the specific site provider number, parents who receive CCIS can then switch from cash pay to CCIS. We are not sure how long this process will take. 

3. Registration and Fees: The fees are as follows: 

Registration Fee per child (ALL GRADES AND CAMPUSES) $100; 

Technology Fee grades 1st-12th ($250 per child); 

Foreign Language Supplies grades 1st-12th ($100 per child); 

Physical Education Martial Arts Uniform ($150 per child) grades 1st-12th (to be paid on 1st day of school); 

Monthly copay/tuition fee to be paid monthly (see fee for service schedule in application); 

PreK and Kindergarten ONLY Book and Supply Fees ($100 per child);...

SEND ALL PAYMENTS WITH THE CHILD'S NAME AND GRADE TO Cash App $NSASCHOOL2000; or Zelle: nsaceo72@gmail.com (be sure to place in the subject area who and what the payment is for).

4. Attached to this email will be a student application. This application is to be completed per child in its entirety. This is not the CCA application and MUST BE COMPLETED FOR ALL GRADES CB-12TH, NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please DO NOT leave ANY sections blank. Write NA if it does not apply. ALL documents submitted for your student's files MUST BE signed, dated, stamped (if applicable), and submitted by August 29th! 

These documents can be dropped off at our 63rd Street main office until August 29th ; OR emailed to nsarecordsoffice@gmail.com. Again, submission of these documents is due by August 29, 2025! No student will be admitted for enrollment for any campus without a 100% completed file. As a serious reminder, when you receive the health form from your child's doctor, it must be the 3270 or 3290 Child Care Form. We DO NOT and CANNOT accept the School District of Philadelphia's Health Forms or any other health forms that are not 3270 or 3290 compliant. If the incorrect health form is received, it will be returned to you and your child's file will be considered incomplete. 

5. All students grades 1st-12th must be enrolled in the CCA virtual program and have their CCA  school supplies by the first day of school. Please label their books and neatly pack art/PE supplies in medium size totes. NO CHILD WILL BE ADMITTED TO ANY CAMPUS without being FULLY enrolled in CCA, having received all of their CCA supplies arranged in proper totes. Please be sure all items are labeled with your child's first name and last initial. 

6. Please read, sign, and abide by the Virtual Policies of NSA; by clicking the hyperlink. They must be signed so that we know that you understand. These policies will be strictly enforced!  No Exceptions! 

7. A full uniform is a must from the first day of school until the last day of school. Overgarments must be made by the school seamstress, please see the uniform details in the student application with the school seamstress's name and number. No boots or sneakers shall be worn unless stated for a special day or trip. All students MUST WEAR SCHOOL SHOES.  Otherwise, they will be written up for uniform non-compliance. All students in Cuddle Bug-12th grades MUST WEAR FULL UNIFORM! 

8. Open communication is a must to ensure a prosperous school year for everyone. Stay informed of what your child is learning by checking the Parent Communication Log in WhatsApp daily. ALL PARENTS will be contacted daily using this method. All oops, incident and 3-strike write-ups will be uploaded as screenshots to parents each day of an occurrence. Parents will receive voice-to-voice phone calls when deemed necessary, by the administration. 

9. ALL PARENTS MUST SUPPORT the fundraising efforts of each site. It supports our building fund (yes, we are still looking to purchase our school site and we would like to earn at least 1 million in cash fundraising by the end of the 2025-2026 school year. PLEASE continue to support this Islamic Education Endeavor NSA has traversed for the last 27 years; you all can do that by participating. May Allah reward you for your efforts.

10. We are still looking to interview Learning Coaches/Group Supervisors, Staff Support Assistants, Maintenance, and Security for all sites, and all grades! If you know any great women or men, looking to work hard for a good cause, please tell them to fill out an interest form on our website at nsais.academy We look forward to working with amazing people who can join our already Amazing Team!!!

11. Please pay special attention to the attached Parent Handbook. There are several pages in the handbook that needs to be signed and scanned back to the Administration at nsarecordsoffice@gmail.com 

The following actions are needed if they apply to your student(s): (click on the hyperlinks to access the specific jot forms)

• Complete the New Student Intent to Enroll Form

• Complete the Returning Student Re-Enrollment Form (if applicable)

• Complete the Medical Information Form (ALL students)

• Complete the Transportation Request Form (if applicable)

• Complete the Financial Assistance Request form (if applicable)

• Enroll in the Virtual Program for 1st-12th Graders (A MUST)

• Complete the attached NSA 2025-2026 SY Application

• Complete the attached Before and Aftercare Application
